Wonder Room

WONDER ROOM is a workshop that uses examples of presentation and organisation drawn from art history, such as the cabinet of curiosities, and the use of art by popular music groups, to improve problem-solving, creative collaboration, and idea development.

Any room, no matter how difficult, can be transformed into a place of wonder when we learn to use our senses in a particular way and notice details we would otherwise overlook. The workshop always consists of a lecture and practical exercises. It can be given in different formats in any setting, ranging from a morning or afternoon session to a spread over multiple days, and can be combined with city and cultural visits.

Wonder Room has so far been explored in Millfields Trust in Plymouth, UK and within the setting of ESADHaR, Rouen.

The minimum number of participants is 4, aged 18 and over. Ideal for team building and available in English, French and Dutch.
